S.E.T.S.S. (Special Education Teacher Support Services) 

The Linda School is an approved New York City Board of Education provider of special education services and special education teacher support services. 

S.E.T.S.S.

• "Specially designed and/or supplemental instruction to support the participation  of the student with a disability in the general education classroom. 
• Consultation to the student's general education teacher. 

These services are designed to be flexible, helping students to remain in the general education classroom and use the combined expertise of both the general and special education teacher. They may be provided within the general education classroom or in a separate location. Group size for SETSS provided in the general education classroom or in a separate location may not exceed a maximum of eight students. After your child or student has been granted SETSS services, The CSE (Committee on Special Education) in your district will give you a P-4 form, which is an authorization to have SETSS. You have found the best agency to help you with this process. 

After the P-4 form has been signed by the parent, we will match the best highly qualified, certified provider with your child/student. Then submit the P-4 Form, so the services can start as soon as possible. 

We advocate for the child/student and parents. We work hand in hand with you, so that our students goals are being met.

1) During the pandemic, all our students (who didn't have laptops)  were given laptops from our company, so they could continue learning at home
